Registration is due upon arrival at the Park. Payment in full is due at time of registration. For after-hours checkins, please drop the registration card and payment in the overnight slot at the office. There are no refunds for early departure or bad weather.

Check In starting at 2pm – Check out no later than 12pm

Speed limit is 5 MPH, please drive carefully.

Quiet time is 10pm-7am –No loud noise at any time please. Pets are welcome, however they must be kept on a leash at all times. Animal waste MUST be picked up immediately. NO animals on the grassy areas.

Campfires are not allowed. Only propane fire pits permitted.

Smoking is NOT allowed in any buildings or common areas. Please dispose of properly as they are a huge fire danger.

Sites are to be kept well maintained, clean and free of debris.

WIFI is free and available in most areas of the park. Password is located in your arrival instructions delivered via email. Best signal is going to be by laundry room.

Laundry room is quarter operated. Located in the laundry room is our restroom and quarter operated Shower. Quarters are available for purchase, please see staff. Please help keep our area clean and report any issues to staff.

Dumpster is located by the main entrance – Household garbage only – Please break down boxes – We are in bear country, Trash days are Tues & Fri mornings - DO NOT leave out any trash.

Sewer connections must be air tight. At no time may any waste water be discharged on the ground, including gray water.

Electrical, our park only has 30AMP hookups.

Children, we are a family friendly park. Please keep an eye on your kids.

Parking, make sure vehicle is completely off the road. 1 vehicle per site. Extra parking available. No other motorized vehicles allowed in the park.

Firearms, explosives, fireworks are not allowed in the park.

We reserve the right to evict/refuse service for any person from the campground for failure to abide by any park rule or for creating a disturbance or nuisance. All fees will be forfeited in the event of eviction. Rules subject to change at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Neighbors RV Village cancellations are subject to a fee. Cancellations made up until 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 14 days prior to arrival, will result in forfeiture of your deposit and full payment. Month to month guests require a 30 day notice or the entire deposit is forfeited. No refunds for weather or early departure.
